Grown in the highlands of Maneepruek, Nan, this Gesha reflects the exciting development of Thailand’s specialty coffee scene. The area is surrounded by mountains and forest, with a cool climate and high elevation that allow coffee cherries to ripen slowly, helping to build greater sweetness and aromatic complexity.

Coffee farming in Maneepruek is closely connected to the surrounding natural environment, with many farms growing coffee under shade alongside other highland crops. Over the years, local producers have placed increasing focus on specialty varieties such as Gesha and on careful harvesting and processing to improve cup quality.

This lot uses the Honey Process, leaving part of the fruit mucilage on the coffee during drying. The result is a cup that combines the floral elegance of Gesha with added sweetness and body.

In the cup, expect a soft lavender aroma, followed by juicy apricot, and finishing with the rich sweetness of dried dates.
