To ensure our customers receive the freshest beans, we will only start to roast after we receive the order, and then pack for delivery, it will take about 3~7 days to fulfil the order. Coffee roasting are conducted everyday here in our roastery, so rest assured you will get the freshest coffee when you placed an order

RM8 for West Malaysia, RM18 for East Malaysia. Every order above RM129 will receive free delivery (East Malaysia RM229)

We use Pos Laju as our primary delivery partner, if you have special requests feel free to contact us via WhatsApp .

Every subscription is bind to a 3 months non-cancellation policy, after 3 months you are free to pause or cancel your subscription. Subscription will continue automatically after 3 months if no amendments are made to the plan.

No, all beans are fixed throughout the subscription period, you will be able to change your coffee beans by cancelling your current subscription and making a new one after 3 months.

Coffee beans will be sent to your designated address from your first order, if you would like to change address in between subscription, please reach out to us.

Just keep adding different coffee beans (remember to select subscription as purchase option), and then check out all at once. This way all coffee beans will be delivered at the same time for each interval.

No, we roast our coffee on order! You will receive fresh coffee beans that are roasted within 10 days.

The focus of Soon Specialty Coffee is QUALITY, we personally take care of everything from roasting to packaging, thus the best period is within ONE MONTH. We do not recommend keeping it more than 3 months (from roasting date). Although you can still consume after 3 months, but the coffee aroma might not be as good as the time it was freshly roasted.

There are 10 single serving drip bags in a box, every drip bag contains 12g of coffee grounds.

Although we don’t recommend grinding the beans, we do help our customers grind the beans for free, you just have to choose the grind size when you place your order. If you are not sure what grind size to go for, please state what equipments you will be using to brew your coffee in your order, we will adjust the coffee grounds to cater to your brewing method.

Direct Fire Roasting is a roasting method of traditional origins mostly used by roasting specialist. In simple words, it’s a specialized roasting technique that allows the fire to directly contact the coffee beans.
