The HARU blend was inspired by the playfulness in nature, the skies, woodland and soil. We have hand selected beans to be roasted with our signature DIRECT FIRE roasting process.

The result is a coffee blend with medium acidity, strong sweetness with hints of floral, berry and honey, most suitable to be enjoyed by pour over or filter drip.

Autumn itself comes with regal ease, content to arrive with slow grace.

As if mother earth is conserving energy while awaiting the incoming long winter, and to brave the arrival of a new spring.

The AKI blend consist of coffee beans from Honduras, Papua New Guinea and Sumatra, roasted with our signature DIRECT FIRE roasting process. This allows balance between the Maillard reaction and caramelization, conserving the mild acidic taste and brings out the bold and full taste of the coffee beans.

The AKI blend echos the melancholy of Autumn, an explosive element within a soft mild palette, redefining the meaning of Dark Roast coffee.

秋”字由禾与火字组成,是禾谷成熟的意思。

当一个植物在经历春生、夏长之后,到了秋天蕴藏生的力量, 以度过寒冷的冬天,等待来隔年春天的到来。

AKI采用了巴布亚新几内亚,洪都拉斯和苏门答腊, 以日式直火深烘焙方式,让咖啡的中梅娜德反应和焦糖化程度 恰到好处,保留了咖啡中优质的酸,整体表现香气饱满,余韵回甘。

FUYU 冬

FUYU is Winter in Japanese.

As Malaysians, the very idea of Winter is one thing we are hard to gasp.

When we a crafting this blend, we are thinking - How can we incorporate the essence of Winter into our coffee, what taste profile will it be, what kind of experience will it carry?

We finally decided to use Guatemala coffee beans as the base, due to its high intensity of wine with a thinge of floral and brown sugary sweetness. Pairing it with Ethiopia Sidamo beans as a taste enhancer for its berry-ness, and finally Kenya beans to bring out the fruitiness acidity of the blend.

FUYU gives out an intense berry like first taste, mild milk chocolaty body and a long lingering after taste, a blend that is most suitable for this festive Xmas season.

烘豆师选用了来自瓜地马拉 微微特南国产区,富有較高的厚醇 度微微的葡萄酒香,花果的香味並且帶有黑糖的口感。再以莓果 风味的伊索比亚西达摩做调配,加入肯亚使整体果酸更明亮!
