First of all, you need: 
1 Soon Specialty Coffee Drip Bag 
Mug cup
Kettle
170ml Hot water @ 93°C

As Soon Specialty Coffee Drip Bag contains 12g of coffee ground, you will need 170ml of hot water to achieve the recommended ratio of 1:14

1. Take out the Soon Specialty Coffee Drip Bag from the hygiene pack

2. Carefully tear along the dotted lines, be careful not to tear too hard to avoid spilling the coffee ground
沿着虚线慢慢地撕开挂耳包,记得不要过于用力的撕扯以免咖啡粉溢出来

3. Pull the hangers on the side apart and fold them to 90°
把挂耳包的两个耳朵拉开然后折成90度

4. Carefully hang the drip bag on the cup
轻轻地把挂耳包挂在杯子上

Place them onto the cup

5. Carefully pour hot water (recommended 93°C) to wet the coffee ground, and let it bloom for about 30 seconds. If you are using a scale, pour 20ml of water. This is a very important step to extract the sweetness and flavour of the coffee.
为了萃取咖啡的精华,建议用20毫升的93度热水先倒入咖啡粉里,然后等上30秒

6. Pour the hot water slowly and evenly to the top (Approx. 80ml). Once the water level goes down to 1/3 from the bottom, pour the rest (Approx. 70ml, 170ml in total) and let it all drip.
接着,用大约80毫升的热水慢慢地、均匀地倒在咖啡粉上。待三分之一的水沉淀后,再把其余的70毫升热水倒上(总共所需热水170毫升)

7. Remove the drip bag from the cup and ready to serve.
待所以的热水都渗入完后,将挂耳包拿开,就完成了

The brewing process ideally should be finished in 2 minutes or so.
整个冲泡过程需要大约两分钟左右。

You can pour the water in 3 or 4 separate times if your mug is tall. Patience and attention is key to brew a vibrant flavourful cup of specialty coffee
若果用的是较高的杯子,建议将热水分成三至四次来倒。只要愿意花一点时间与耐性,就可冲泡出一杯好的精品咖啡。
