They collaborate with local coffee farmers and offer coffee farm tours to inspire coffee lovers and educate them about the industry. 

The "tapai process" in Sabarica coffee refers to a method of fermentation using tapai yeast. Ragi tapai (tapai yeast) is ground into a fine powder and sprinkled on harvested coffee cherries. The cherries are then fermented in a controlled environment (typically 16-25°C) for 5 days. After fermentation, the cherries are dried for 2-4 weeks. This process, often used in Ranau, Sabah, aims to produce unique flavor profiles in the coffee beans.
